Primrose Hill Lifestyle

I absolutely adore spending a day with my couples, it’s such an honor to be invited and allowed to share their day, their intimate moments and getting to witness first hand the unfolding layers of their story!  Recently, I spent the day with the lovely Rebecca from Roses & Rollertops and her husband Ben (you may recall Rebecca from her beautiful house tour that we featured).  We wandered around North London in the gorgeous autumn sunshine, capturing the breathtaking views from Primrose Hill to shopping along Regents Park Road.  It was such a fun day spent with Rebecca and Ben and felt more like a day out with friends then a lifestyle photo shoot!

From Rebecca: Last week, Claire Graham, followed Ben & I around some of our favourite North London spots for a sunny morning, and snapped away. The idea was that she'd create some lifestyle photos of us doing what we do best, wandering around our favourite city in our favourite season. It was a really fun day with her and I'd love to share the photos below, if you'd like to see?

I adore Claire's photographic style, her eye for detail, her camera and editing work, her natural vibe that made us forget at times she had a camera. We joked that it felt like an engagement shoot all over again! We started at Panzer's deli, which makes us feel like we've gone to New York for a couple of hours and is full of pumpkins at this time of year then walked through St John's Wood across to Primrose Hill. This area of London will always feel special to us, as we spent a few years living in Maida Vale so these areas are our old haunts and somewhere we constantly return to throughout the seasons for a weekend wander. Like a selection of villages in the big city, with views out from Primrose Hill. I really love the way that she's captured us, we haven't had any photos together for ages, and the small things like our feet in the leaves, or me taking a photo for Instagram.

My background is as a wedding & lifestyle photographer, shooting both digital and film to create authentic, soft and natural fine art photographs. Working primarily with natural light to give my work a beautiful, light and airy touch infused with soft tones.

I have always appreciated and valued the simple things in life and finding the interesting in the ordinary.  Coco Lane was founded as I wanted to create something that is about an experience, the slower pace of life, cosiness and candlelight, cuddling up on the sofa with loved ones, being with the people you love, sharing food with close friends, a feeling of home, nurturing a chosen career, wanderlust travels, savouring the small moments in everyday life and just being you and enjoying a cup of tea.

I'm excited to bring you stories that promote all those moments in life that give us value and meaning; inspiring  us to live beautifully.

"I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life.  If you are interested in something, no matter what it is. Go at it full speed.  Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it, and above all become passionate about it.  Lukewarm is no good" - Roald Dahl
